Warranty Procedure
Thanking for choosing LionsGate Homes. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Your new LionsGate home comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty. If you find yourself needing to submit a warranty request, the following should help you know what to expect.
Request Submission and Procedures
Warranty requests should be submitted in writing to our service staff using our online form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for you records*. A member of our staff will contact you within 2 business days.
Emergency requests
Maintenance requests will be handled during standard business hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. We understand that there are issues that require immediate attention. If you find yourself in this situation, please utilize the emergency contact numbers located on the right-hand side of this page to contact our service vendors directly. If you find yourself in a life-threatening situation, please contact 911.
Emergency Situations Include:
- AC/Heating Repairs
- Electrical Issues
- Plumbing Issues
- Malfunctioning Appliances
After contacting an emergency service vendor directly, please consider filling out a warranty request application to inform us of the issue. This will allow a member of our staff to follow up on the request during standard business hours.
